1. Service scope
Jornilo provides trading-journal, analytics, workflow, educational, and collaboration tools. Jornilo is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or trade-execution service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping passwords and connection tokens confidential.
3. Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious content, misuse another person’s data, evade plan limits, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited, or use the service unlawfully.
4. Trading data and user content
You retain responsibility for the journal data, notes, screenshots, and other content you submit. You grant Jornilo the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service.
5. Subscriptions
Paid features, duration, account limits, and prices are presented at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscription access applies for the purchased billing period. Refund and renewal treatment may depend on the payment method and applicable law.
6. No financial advice
Analytics, scores, reports, educational materials, and automated observations are informational tools. They are not personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice and do not guarantee future results.
7. Availability and changes
Features may evolve, be limited, or be discontinued. Jornilo may perform maintenance or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or service integrity.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain solely responsible for trading decisions and for independently verifying journal and analytics outputs.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jornilo is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect damages, broker or platform failures, or decisions made in reliance on the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Jornilo may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal necessity.
