Information is used to provide and secure the service, synchronize supported MetaTrader activity, calculate analytics, store journal content, deliver support, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
3. MetaTrader connection data
Jornilo uses account-specific connection tokens to associate incoming synchronization requests with the correct user account. You should never send broker passwords through Jornilo support or place them in journal notes.
4. Service providers
Jornilo may rely on infrastructure, email, monitoring, payment, and communications providers to operate the service. These providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary for their function.
5. Retention
Information is retained for as long as required to provide the service, satisfy legal or security requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate business records. Retention may vary by account status and plan.
